Artist's Comments
I drew this picture twice. First time my photoshop crashed and I was left bitterly defeated. Second time it seems more refined but I still miss my first picture. Anyway, I'm using reference pictures again and I discovered that because I don't have a basic understanding of human anatomy or three dimensional spacial understanding. Therefore without understanding or practicing basic anatomy I'll end up working on a picture that I will later find disatisfactory because I will later notice these anatomical inaccuracies. So I'll be tracing and/or referencing certain pictures to practice curves and such.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
